Hi tanveer..just went through this post..wanted to clarify that these Evion tablets and Omega 3 capsules need to be mixed...and then applied right??And how often shd one do this...
ReplyDelete@Priyanka: No you don't have to mix the two.. See you get these Evion gelatin capsules (which contain both wheatgerm oil & Omega 3 oils.. Read the component list).. You just need to puncture the capsule from one end and apply the oil (2-3 drops) to the entire face.
ReplyDeleteI think once a week is enough, but frankly usage is up to you, however frequently you like it.
hi tanveer
ReplyDeleteis it ok to use this for an oily skin?
@Shika: Vit E is oil soluble only, hence all E Serums will be oil based. If using oil breaks you out you could dilute this with rosewater or plain water - add 2-3 drops of the Vit E to 2 tablespoons of Rosewater and use as a toner. This should deliver some benefits as well as help avoid breakouts :)
ReplyDeletecan i add vit. C (celin 500mg) also to vit.E serum?
ReplyDelete@Anon: You should be able to. Though I would suggest making a solution of Vit C and then adding a few drops of vit E to it before using it. I have used it like this in the past :)
ReplyDeletei did this and my face just feels soooo soft and clear. thank you so much for the tip. ;)
