Salons and beauty parlour are planning to hike rates in Mumbai

Those of you who have been putting off your facials & haircuts, go this weekend, as salons and beauty parlours in Mumbai are planning to hike rates very soon.

It seems the rising cost of power and electricity bills is responsible for this hike and their two associations ( I never knew about this) - have decided they can no longer put off this 'extreme measure'

I think I'll get my eyebrows done today itself  :)
