Wow..nice tip...ya i used to do something like this during my college days with a Lakme lipstick which was a bit too pink to wear on formal occasions. My friends always wonder why my lips look so naturally pink....????I always wear same shade to college so that my natural lips(ahem,Lakme lips)remain the same shade everyday.
ReplyDeleteOMG! I ALWAYS do this as I'm too chicken to wear bright lip colors :)

ReplyDeletehehhe.....
ReplyDeletei do that when I find any lippie too bright for my lips...wear and wipe off so that it leaves a nice subtle tint..then maybe top it with a gloss
I just apply a bright pink lipstick and press a tissue over my lips :) works just fine :)
ReplyDeleteI do too!!! with oranges!:P
ReplyDeletenowadays i apply lakme lip conditioner on bright shades.
ReplyDeleteI love doing the same, but I leave it matte- maybe with a little bit of lip balm. Lips look so kissable! :)
