ATB - Rules of Engagement

I have already updated my "Who is Addicted to Blush" section, but I thought I would post it here as well just in case some people miss this.

As a blogger I receive mails requesting for product reviews, I have certain "Rules of Engagement" when it comes to these products:

1. All the products reviewed on "Addicted to Blush" have been paid for by me. Products that are sent for consideration have the same information listed clearly in big, bold letters below the post. I do not accept compensation for product reviews. 

2. Products / Samples sent to me are for consideration only. I do not provide any guarantee of review, positive or negative.

3. The review will not be submitted to the company / PR for audit or for any kind of revision prior to publication on this blog. I retain the final say on the review & its contents - which is based on my experience with the product only.

    glad that you posted this offlate i have started losing trust on a lot of blogs, whether they just write positive review cos they are paid for it

      Honestly Retnu, I wrote this more for the PR guys so they know upfront how I operate.

      Some of them are really weird, and act like they are doing some major favour to me by "letting" me review their products. I just wanted to make things clear so such PR firms stay away from wasting my time as well as theirs.

I delete blatant self-promotion and comments where it is clear the post material was not carefully read. If you are not going to bother to engage with the post, I am not going to bother posting your comment.

Don't be mean to other commentators - it serves no purpose other than showcase your own personality in a bad light.
