Get ready. I am going to now share with you a secret to reverse months of carelessness that you may have inflicted on your skin overnight.

Is your skin dull? dry? rough?

Try the all new Vitamin E (read up on the wonderful benefits of applying Vitamin E on skin here)Intensive Face Serum, to replace dull, dry skin with soft, moist, glowing skin. The all new complex treatment that you can do in the comfort of your home.

Ok, I should snap out of my tv advertisement mode now.

Don't get scared by the fancy name. This is a very, very simple method.

The Vitamin E Intensive Overnight face serum.

1. Buy Evion Capsules (400 mg) with Wheatgerm oil (.100 mg) & Omega - 3 fatty acids (Merck Pharma, costs Rs. 60 for 10 capsules) OR if you perfer to be natural just substitute with Wheatgerm or Almond oil (Rogan Badam Shirin is good)

2. Puncture the capsule. You need 6 drops only. Place rest of capsule in closed container in freezer for later use.

3. Wet face with Rose water or just plain water

4. Apply Oil all over clean face. Mind you, this will be sticky, and may smell bad.

5. Rub it in well.

6. Apply few drops Rose water / water again all over face and rub it in.

7. Tuck yourself into bed & sleep well

8. Wake-up in morning & marvel in mirror on new, improved complexion.

As always do a patch test on arm if you have sensitive or acne prone skin. Your skin is your responsibilty.

  2. @Priyanka: No you don't have to mix the two.. See you get these Evion gelatin capsules (which contain both wheatgerm oil & Omega 3 oils.. Read the component list).. You just need to puncture the capsule from one end and apply the oil (2-3 drops) to the entire face.

I think once a week is enough, but frankly usage is up to you, however frequently you like it.

  3. hi tanveer
is it ok to use this for an oily skin?

  4. @Shika: Vit E is oil soluble only, hence all E Serums will be oil based. If using oil breaks you out you could dilute this with rosewater or plain water - add 2-3 drops of the Vit E to 2 tablespoons of Rosewater and use as a toner. This should deliver some benefits as well as help avoid breakouts :)

  5. can i add vit. C (celin 500mg) also to vit.E serum?

  6. @Anon: You should be able to. Though I would suggest making a solution of Vit C and then adding a few drops of vit E to it before using it. I have used it like this in the past :)
