What I liked:

1. Giovanni claims to be a certified organic brand. Even if you see the ingredient list it is full of natural ingredients which have been organically sourced. It has ingredients very high in anti-oxidants like green tea, acai & gogi berry. Plus it has that exotic volcanic ash & activated charcoal

2. It leave my skin looking rather clean and fresh. It does seem to deep clean like it claims, without the abrasive exfoliation.

3. The quantity is really good for the price. I see it lasting a long time.

4. The texture of this facewash is really smooth & liquidy, I thought the charcoal in it might feel granular, but it does not. It is smooth like a lotion.

What could be better:
1. Availability might be an issue. I got this bottle from Health & Glow stores

2. If I use this more than once a day it dries out my skin.

Recommended: Only for those with oily skin and sensitive skin. The face wash is really nice & cleans up the skin rather well, without any abrasiveness. It can be easily used daily & over time it does clarify the skin and skin looks cleaner. Plus it is full of organic, natural ingredients like aloe vera, green tea, acai & gogi berry which can only be good for the skin, right? :-)

  1. I think I'll get it and use it like once in 2 days or something. My skin is leaning towards oily because of the humidity I guess!

  11. @Prachi: This is the only facewash I have seen from that range. Although it says all skin types, I'm not sure it wld suit dry skin. It is very deep cleansing & absorbs oils.
